We have it!!!! The best!!!!

In Pennsylvania, Cooper cheese isn’t just lunch meat, it’s basically a controlled substance. There are people in this state who will drive 45 minutes because “the one deli slices it thicker.” Every family cookout has a tray of Cooper sharp next to rolls that disappeared before the burgers even hit the grill. Kids grew up eating it on white bread, adults eat it standing in front of the fridge at 1 AM like it’s a life requirement.

And let’s be honest, Pennsylvanians don’t buy Cooper cheese in normal amounts. Somebody always walks into the deli ordering “a pound and a half” like winter’s coming and society is about to collapse. One bite of a real Cooper cheese hoagie and suddenly you understand why people around here treat delis with the same respect as churches.
