We’ve got a small harvest this week because I’ve been experimenting!! Introducing the confetti mix—A mix of chard, radish, sunflower, and peas! This is my first foray into color and I am IN LOVE. I hope to see you at the market tomorrow :-)

Radish microgreens on a tuna salad sandwich! I promise what seems spicy on its own is just plain delicious tucked in a sandwich :-) also featured- carrots (Rocky Mountain produce) and cherries (Ramrock Orchard) from the western Montana growers cooperative!
