Family and friends, as we head into Thanksgiving, we want to take a moment to say how truly thankful we are for each and every one of you. Your support over the years especially after we were able to reopen means more to us than you know. We’re grateful you continue to trust us with your deer and hog processing, and we genuinely enjoy meeting new customers and catching up with returning ones season after season.

With that said, we will be closed on Thursday to enjoy the holiday with our family. If you’re hunting on Thanksgiving, please plan ahead—pack your game with plenty of ice and keep it cold. We’ll be ready to take care of you first thing Friday morning!

Opening rifle season weekend is almost here and we can’t wait to serve you all! As a reminder, we are not always at the processing plant. But with that said, we all live within a short mile of the shop. If you happen to show up without calling first please know we will come meet you up there! We are always readily available and ready to process your meat. 🦌 🎯 happy hunting, friends and family! Good luck!

Opening Day: September 27th! Oklahoma and West Texas we will no longer require the $10 disposal fee BUT all animals from Oklahoma must come quartered up per Texas Law.
