Have you tried our pancakes mix yet? 🥞 ok..we may have went a little overboard this morning BUT they are so easy and a great snack to grab throughout the day!

They’re light, fluffy, super filling, and have such a wholesome flavor especially drizzled with homemade maple syrup 🤤

We currently make them in 2 different varieties:

🥞 Hard White + Soft White
🥞Einkorn + Soft White

Both are delicious, nutritious, and made with fresh milled flour 🌾

Every single bag is milled fresh and packaged by hand right here on our farm. Seeing more families choose local, ask questions about ingredients, and care about where their food comes from has been one of the biggest blessings of this journey. 🌾

What started as an idea years ago has turned into a community of people wanting better food, supporting local farms, and getting back to ingredients that are simple and nourishing.

So excited to partner with a store from my hometown in Owosso on M-52 Copper Top Country Store! The owner Melissa has so many amazing Michigan made and Michigan grown products and I’m so excited to be one of those new vendors!
