Mckruit Custom Meat Cutting We are a custom butcher shop established in 1983. We offer services for beef, pork, lamb, goats, and wild game. Call us to fill up your freezer! Call for pricing!

We do custom butcher for beef, pork, lamb, goat and wild game. We sell all local beef in 1/8, 1/4, 1/2 and wholes. Local pork is sold by the half or whole and the bacons and hams are smoked in our in-house smokehouse. We can do all the options for your meat. Hot sticks, jerky, kielbasa, bologna and burger patties. We do a variety of sausage in bulk, finger link and big casing. We also offer smokin

g services if you have something you need smoked and just don’t have the time. Bring us your trout, steelhead, bellies and pork loins and beef briskets!
