Saling's Custom Meat Processing was opened by Charles & Gladys Saling in 1987. This family owned and operated business has proudly served our community as a Custom Processing plant for 27 years. While under the inspection of the Ohio Department of Agriculture. We have specialized in processing of Beef, Hogs, Lambs, Goats & Deer. In 1998" Peanut" ( Pernell) Saling & Polly Dimmerling Charles two

youngest children began working full time under the careful eye of "mom" Gladys Saling. In 2011 Polly & Peanut took over the business and are Proudly continuing serving all our customers. We are fulfilling our Dad's Dreams of this successful business and creating our own dreams of caring on this family Legacy. In 2014 We received our Retail License through the Noble County Health Dept and Can offer retail cuts of Beef Pork Chicken & Cheese. Deli meats and Saling’s Homemade Ham salad /Cheese Spread /Smoked Turkey Salad/ Buffalo Chicken Salad/ &Peanuts Famous Coleslaw. These changes are at the requests of our customers. To serve you better we have stocked the freezers and Coolers with the very beat cuts of meat. We use only the best Quality available. Like our slogan says YOU MAY BEAT OUR PRICES...
