For the second year in a row, the Louisiana Food and Wine Festival invited Chef Hardette with Us Up North - Celebrating North Louisiana Cuisine, to show off North Louisiana Cuisine. North Louisiana Roots and Smoke (McCain Farms Smoked Sausage and Rutabaga Mash) was served on day one at the Best Taste awards where Chef Harris took
home the award for Best Creole !

Sorry about that folks! There was issue with our local internet service infrastructure that had our phone and internet down for almost three days! We are back up and running so we thought it would be a good time to remind you we are booking spring and summer dates for beef and pork processing now !
So, if you are a local rancher looking to sell beef shares direct to your customers give us a call. We handle everything for you including our butchers talking directly to your customers so they get exactly the cuts they want. 14 day dry age hang and vacuum sealed cuts. We charge $100 kill fee and $1.30/lb on the hot hanging weight. 318-644-2677

Merry Christmas!
This is our last day to be open before the Christmas holiday. We will be back open on Monday through Wednesday next week. We have a few smoked turkeys and a couple of smoked hams left! We also have some beautiful USDA PRIME rib roasts and choice rib roast. We can cut you USDA PRIME ribeye steaks, or choice ribeye steaks for your holiday feasts! Come see us!

The season is here! We are now accepting coolers for deer processing! All deer (wild game) must be cleaned, quartered, and in a cooler fully packed with ice! Pricing starts at $1/pound. We are open 8-5 Monday-Friday. Call 318-644-2677 with questions!
