We only have 3 hogs left unspoken for that will be processed this week. You choose one type of sausage (mild, medium, hot) or ground pork instead and then they will come with a Boston butt, a picnic ham, baby back ribs, spare ribs, boneless pork chops, sliced/cured bacon and a pork tenderloin. All of this meat for $295 per half! The total meat per half is normally around 80-90 lbs on average. This group of hogs is bigger than normal so each half is getting a little more meat than normal but the price is staying the same. This is a great deal!
The meat will need to be picked up on Monday (9/7) or Tuesday (9/8). We WILL be open for Labor Day with normal hours from 8 AM to 4 PM

ANGUS RIBEYE, GROUND BEEF, AND BURGER PATTIES FLASH SALE FOR 4TH OF JULY!!!

We have a few Ribeye loins that can be cut to order as well as 1 inch steaks already cut and packaged. Normal price is $18/lb but we are dropping it to $16/lb only until Friday (7/3) or we run out.
Our ground beef is normally $7/lb but we are dropping it to $6.50/lb until Friday. If you get 10 lbs or more then we drop it to $6/lb.

Our burger patties are normally $8/lb. This week until Friday they will be $7.50/lb. Get 10 lbs or more then we drop it to $7/lb

We also have a few of our half hog specials left for $295 per half hog that come with 80-90 lbs of pork.

FRESH WAGYU BEEF FOR SALE!!

We finally have a half of our own American Wagyu beef for sale in our retail store. The steaks will sell very quickly. The marbling on this beef was superb. Very tender and flavorful.

We also have a few halves of our American Wagyu that will be processed this week and next week. You can choose all your cuts of beef that you want. Keep in mind that the price is determined by the weight of the beef. With a higher weight beef, comes a higher price but also more meat and bigger steaks.
