• We -Andrea & Haydon Garland-opened our storefront April of 2021 to sell our Beef
• Haydon is a 5th generation farmer on the Garland farm where our cattle are born & raised, as well as the crops to feed them.
• June 1, 2025 we launched our Deli with the idea to offer fresh cut meats, as well as lunch sandwiches which we wanted on fresh bread; that’s when Andrea started a new craft. She is not a baker, and never baked prior to opening the deli. She has worked in several local food based businesses(Ninos, Lunas, Relish, Los Portales to name a few) which gave her the confidence and inspiration to tackle running her own show.
• June 1 2026 (next week) will be one year of opening the Deli and it has been a huge success! We sell out of Sourdough bread daily, have our weekly lunch regulars, and selling more beef then ever! We have plans to expand a little more but for now we’re proud to offer Locally Raised Beef, Fresh baked goods, fresh Lunches to-go, Cut Deli meat & cheese to order, Convenient ingredients/pantry items & Party platters. We’re so thankful to the Northern Neck community for supporting us over the years. Cheers 🥂
