New drop from Lady Lea’s Apiary three small batch honey mustard sauces built to cover just about everything coming off the grill, out of the oven, or straight from the fryer.

Honey Mustard BBQ
Sweet honey up front, classic mustard tang, then a smooth BBQ finish that brings it all together. It’s the one you reach for when you want something familiar but a little richer than the usual bottle on the shelf.

Honey Mustard Garlic
Savory, bold, and a little addictive. The garlic blends right into the honey mustard base and gives it real depth without overpowering it. Great on chicken, sandwiches, wraps, or as a straight-up dip.

Spicy Honey Mustard
Sweet heat done right. It builds just enough to wake things up, but still keeps the balance so the honey and mustard can do their thing. Perfect for wings, burgers, pretzels, and anything that needs a kick.

All three are made in small batches with our raw honey from Lady Lea’s Apiary.

Another swarm safely rescued and relocated by Lady Lea’s Apiary 🐝

People always ask why I’m able to work swarms without looking like I’m walking on the moon in a full bee suit. The answer is education, experience, and understanding bee behavior at a high level. As a Master Beekeeper, reading a colony is everything. Knowing their mood, movement, sound, clustering behavior, queen activity, and stress response allows removals to happen calmly and safely.

Most swarms are not aggressive. They’re focused on protecting the queen and finding a new home. When you understand their actions instead of fighting against them, you can work with the bees instead of creating chaos.

Anyone can spray a hive.
Not everyone can safely remove and preserve thousands of live honey bees with confidence.

This is why experience matters when it comes to bee removal in WNY. From massive swarms hanging 30 feet up to difficult structural removals, Lady Lea’s Apiary has built a reputation for handling situations most people won’t touch.

The goal is always the same:
Protect the people.
Protect the property.
Save the bees.

If you see a swarm, don’t panic and definitely don’t spray them. Call the beekeeper your local beekeepers call 🐝🍯 716-305-3005

Happy Mother’s Day from all of us at Lady Lea’s Apiary.

Today we celebrate the mothers, grandmothers, stepmothers, and mother figures who fill our lives with love, strength, patience, and warmth every single day. Just like the hardworking bees in the hive, mothers keep families together, help us grow, and make life a little sweeter.

Thank you for every sacrifice, every lesson, every hug, and every moment of unconditional love. We hope your day is filled with happiness, peace, laughter, and of course a little honey sweetness.

Wishing you a beautiful and blessed Mother’s Day.
