Our season at Strautman’s Tree farm came to an end earlier than most years, due to the lovely Iowa weather. But the good news is - I still have products available! Makes great gifts, appetizers for holiday parties, or just to enjoy yourself! Here is what I have still available ($6 per jar):

Again this year, there are a couple things that will just be available for direct orders and at the Cambridge Holiday Vendor Fair.

1. I have a limited supply of smaller jars (4oz instead of 8 ) of various types of jam and jelly for $4 each. These are a perfect size for charcuterie boards or stocking stuffers.

2. I have Salsa Verde available for sale as well - $6 for an 8 ounce jar. For those of you who are nit familiar with this - it is a green salsa made with tomatillos (not green tomatoes), peppers, onions, garlic, along with spices and a few more things. All of the vegetables and garlic were roasted for this, and it does have a bit of a kick!

3. I have a limited supply of Peach Jalapeno jelly for sale this year.

Wow - it's been a crazy summer and fall! I just finished the last batches for the year! What a great feeling that is!
