Our specialty is whole piece beef jerky with a variety of seasonings on top, beef or turkey seasoned sticks and smoked Landjaeger "meaning land-hunter" (a beef-pork smoked German sausage) and a wide variety of bratwursts...and hand made, in house! We also offer choice meats (beef & pork) & steaks we can cut specific pieces to order. Bacon regular cut or thick cut bacon and offer pork belly on request. We have chicken cut into pieces or whole fryer's. For the holidays we offer non-frozen turkeys and ducks. Come try a variety of different craft beers with our {build-your-own-craft-beer-6pk}. We offer cigarettes, liquor, staples like breads & buns, ice, juices, charcoal, paper dinning products and made to order sandwiches all the necessities for your pick-nick needs. We also have small live bait. We are in a tri-angle of Kenosha, Lake Geneva and Chicago. Nestled between three fresh water lakes, Silver Lake & Bong State Parks, Bristol Shooting & Archery Range, Wilmot Mountain Ski facility and several top level equestrian facilities we are the location for the outdoor enthusiast. We are a convenient stop when swimming, fishing, boating or when just passing on through while out for a ride on your motorcycle. For our equestrian friends we offer 25 # bags of carrots and cubes of sugar. While at the show barn down the street we have quick eats, and cool drinks, deli trays...and bug-spray, sun protection and first-aid items in needed. For our four legged friends we smoke our own cow bones & pig ears, along with wet and dry food.
