We have a couple bulk beef options available now. If you book option 1 or 2 before Friday=$150 OFF!

Options 1,2,3,and 5– available until Friday, February 7th.

Option 1: 1/2 Angus Beef available $5.75/lb hanging weight, includes processing-468lbs (you fill out your own cut sheet)

Option 2: 1/4 Side of Beef $5.95/lb hanging weight, includes processing-234lbs (you fill out your own cut sheet)

Option 3: 20lbs ground beef (2lb packages) 10lbs of roasts = $180

(SOLD OUT as of 1/23)Option 4: 10 lbs ground beef and 10lbs steaks (sirloin, porterhouse, tbone, or ribeye)-$150

Option 5: 10lbs ground beef, 2 steaks, 2 pkg pork chops, 2 pkgs Italian pork sausage links- $125

Pick-up at our farm in North Canaan, or local Delivery available.
