It's that time of year again! The Hopkinton State Fair is here. I'm very proud to declare I'm officially selling products at the saphouse located within the fairgrounds. Pints and half pints to be precise. Grade A liquid gold. Come any day the gates are open to sample and purchase my syrup. I will be there Saturday afternoon starting at 2p to answer any and all questions as well as pour samples of some of the finest maple products the state has to offer. You're already going anyways. Stop in and pick yourself up some while it lasts. Thank you kindly. NH

A nice load of ash going out today. Right off the splitter it's producing seasoned numbers. Below 20% is fantastic. I believe it's going to be the last of days for the mighty ash tree for some time. I've been felling infected trees for four years now. This and another pocket should yield me 10+ cords of beautiful firewood
