Well first time to do a mixture of red hard wheat and white hard wheat. And it turned out good. The white has a little sweeter flavor while the red has a stronger robust flavor, so the combination is perfect.
I still need to work on getting the right combination. Maybe next time 75/25 instead of 50/50. The flavor is great but I need to work on getting the crumb a little airier.
