GREAT FOOD FOR A GREAT CAUSE Our very own Jeremy Lisy and Kristina Clark from Westbrook's Cannery joined some of Cleveland's finest chefs Monday night at the Hilton Cleveland Downtown for the March of Dimes Cleveland Signature Chefs Auction! Jeremy and Kristina created this wonderful dish of smoked braised Thai chicken thighs made with pickled cucumbers, bean sprouts, peanuts, and a mix of GCG BUTTER LETTUCE and CHEF'S BLEND MICROGREENS. We were honored to take part in this wonderful event to help in the fight against premature birth and infant mortality in Northeast Ohio.
