Ndee Bikiyaa partnered with Apache Behavioral Health for a morning wild foods walk, during which 15 wild foods and medicines were identified within a 1.5-mile radius, and appreciation is extended to ABHS for their collaborative interest with Ndee Bikiyaa.

National Agriculture Day "Agriculture: Together We Grow"

Happy Agriculture day! Today we celebrate the people who's hands, hearts, traditions, and heritage that has kept our farms and gardens thriving. The hard work, commitment, and dedication to keeping practices alive along with incorporating new innovations to keep us fed does not go unnoticed.

Here's to our workers in the field at Ndee Bikiyaa and all farmers/gardeners who's hard work helps to keep families fed. Your work helps strengthen our communities and helps to nourish families. Thank you for feeding our community.

IMPORTANT PUBLIC NOTICE:
Farm Safety
We have recently noticed an increase in abandoned animals on our farm property. We kindly ask our community to help us maintain a safe environment by following these guidelines:

🚫 No Animal Abandonment: Dumping animals creates dangerous situations for our staff, visitors, and crops.

Protect Our Crops: Strays can introduce pests and diseases that threaten our harvest and livelihood.

Runners & Walkers: You are still welcome to use our roads, but please remember you do so at your own risk. Stay alert and aware of your surroundings.

Thank you for being mindful and helping us keep Ndee Bikiyaa safe and productive.

Great News for Veterans! Wanting to extend your knowledge into agriculture and traditional farming practices, well now is your chance.

"Ndee Bikiyaa Farm is hiring Two Veteran Agricultural apprentices!

We are excited to announce two 12-month paid apprenticeship positions for U.S. Military Veterans, with preference given to White Mountain Apache Tribal members. This opportunity comes through the OTEF/AZAdvance Program.

This program offers:
✓ $1,500/month stipend for 20 hours/week
✓ Hands-on training in sustainable agriculture
✓ Traditional Apache farming practices
✓ Nutrition and wellness education
✓ Pathway to full-time employment

Start date: January 16, 2026
