It's that time again!

This time we have added the Streetcorn Named Desire. This one is inspired by elote, the famous Mexican street food. It is packed with our house-made seasoned corn and Jack, Muenster, Swiss, and Cotija. Sounds weird, tastes awesome! It's one of our faves here at the shop. 🤤

We also have the 5 Cheese - always a taste of the good ol' days.

💙 Grazin’ Girl Blue 💙

From Valley Ford Cheese & Creamery in Sonoma County, Grazin’ Girl is a California-made, Gorgonzola Dolce–style blue made with raw Jersey cow’s milk.

It’s dense and buttery with sweet cream, a little nuttiness, and mellow, peppery blue veining. In other words: a very friendly blue cheese. Even the blue-curious should give this girl a chance.

Each wheel is pierced by hand to encourage those beautiful blue veins to develop as it ages. Try it with honey, pears, on a salad—or just eat a hunk of it standing over the kitchen counter. We don’t judge. 💙

Since Louise moved back home to be with family, we had a pretty big space to fill here at the shop. Luckily, with a little help from our Louise, we found Heather!

Heather comes to us with plenty of cheese experience, including managing the cheese department at another store. But they were looking for a place that shared their enthusiasm for doing cheese right — caring about where it comes from, how it’s made, how it’s handled and cared for, and all the little details that make good cheese worth getting excited about.

And we care about those things a lot! 🧀

Heather has jumped right in and fits beautifully into our little cheese world. We’re very happy to have them here, so be sure to say hi next time you’re in!

And, while on the subject of coming in...today's a great day to try some cheese!! 😉
