This crispy buttery croissant sourdough bread is Wow! The crumb is so rich and creamy and the crust is crispy & flaky It's so good. I'm going to make these in dinner roll size.

Sharon, Ginny & I had a great opening weekend of our "3 Happy Hens Farmstand."
We met a lot of wonderful people from all over. The weather was gorgeous. The leaves are changing and we are ready for a lot more baking!! We will be launching our Hotplate preorder link in the next week or so. We are egg-cited for lots of orders for wonderful sweet treats for your Thanksgiving orders.
We may not be spring chicks anymore but these ole Hens sure do know how to get around the kitchen. We gotcha covered.
