Plosky's Delicatessen We are here to nourish you with delicious, "Jew-ish" food and drink. We want people to care about their food and where it comes from.

Partners David Eisenson and Mark Hardin saw a Pastrami-on-rye hole in the valley’s food offerings and decided it was time to fill it. Their shared passion for food and community is what brought about Plosky’s Delicatessen, a place they visualized from the beginning to bring Jewish style deli food, a strong ethos for mindfully sourced ingredients and community engagement together under one roof. The purposeful open kitchen design is their way of starting a conversation with their customers.
