Wishing all Mothers a very special Mothers Day!! Like many of you, our Mom is now in heaven and we miss her, but she left us an awesome legacy and wonderful memories. Enjoy your special day!

And, at Glaciers End in Marion, Illinois!

Planning for the Southern Illinois Honey Festival is going on now. The inaugural Festival was a great success and we anticipate the upcoming Festival to be even better! Planning an autumn wedding or special event? While it may seem crazy to think about the warmth of autumn days when we have inches of snow still on the ground, we're planning the varieties of chrysanthemums we're going to grow this year!
The photo shows 3 sizes priced at $6, $9 and $15 for early orders. We're also planning to grow in an even bigger size pot than the ones shown plus hanging baskets. Our mums are "hardy" meaning that they should come back after planting this fall.
The mums should start showing color the week of August 17 and continue through late October. Color families are red, pink/purple, orange/bronze, yellow and white.
If you're interested in having mums at your event, private message us with the quantity, size, color and the week of your event by February 6. Of course, we'll have mums for sale this fall if you're not ready to decide now. Ordering ahead just ensures you'll get what you want.
