She started working at Ben’s in November of 2004!

Her first job was as a hostess.

Dara’s favorite item from Ben’s is our twice steamed pastrami.

Her favorite part of working at Ben’s is building relationships with our guests and being part of making every visit a great experience. 💖

🍍🍗 One of Ben’s best-kept secrets… our Hawaiian Chicken!

Lightly breaded, crispy chicken tossed with sweet pineapple, colorful peppers and a delicious sweet and savory sauce!! This is one of those under-the-radar dishes that deserves WAY more attention. 😋

If you always order your Ben’s usual, consider this your sign to switch it up. You might just discover your new favorite!

Did you all know we have one employee in each of our five locations whose sole job is to make our famous, fresh COLE SLAW daily?! Maybe that’s why it’s so good or maybe it’s the fact that we have not deviated from the original recipe from 1972.
