We couldn’t be more proud of our co-op student, Caleb! ❤️

Last week, Caleb was sworn in at the MEPS center in Knoxville, Tennessee, as he takes the next step toward joining the Army National Guard.

Caleb has a bright future ahead of him, and we’re so proud to have gotten to watch him grow, work hard, and make plans for his future.

He’s a great young man, and we know he has some exciting things ahead!

We’re proud of you, Caleb! 🇺🇸❤️

We’ll be cheering you on every step of the way!

I just want to take a second to congratulate Senior Caleb Hopkins from Nicholas County Schools - Carlisle, KY who enlisted today into the KY Army National Guard as a 74D - Chemical Specialist. He qualified for 100% college tuition, $10k enlistment Bonus, $483 a month tax exempt in college a month, the extra $350 GI Bill Kicker also tax exempt while in college per month, monthly drill pay and a ton of other benefits. 🌼 The view from our mum pad made the Best of the Bluegrass! 💙

Our early morning mum pad photo was chosen as WLEX 18’s Best of the Bluegrass “Mug Shot of the Week”! ☕️📸

That picture was taken about three weeks ago as the sun came up over our growing mums… and it’s amazing to see how much has changed since then! 🌅

Those beautiful blooms have been making their way to porches all over the area, and they’re going quickly!

We still have some gorgeous mums available — including our large single-color mums — but the selection is changing every day.

Over the years, we’ve been fortunate to build so many wonderful friendships, connections and customer relationships throughout Bourbon County and the surrounding communities.

Y’all keep asking how BIG our XXL mums really are…
Well, let me put it this way…
I CAN ONLY FIT TWO IN MY CAR AT A TIME. 😂😂😂
Not two trays.

I’ve officially reached the point where transporting mums requires a vehicle, a prayer, and some serious Tetris skills.😂

These aren’t your little “put it on the porch and barely notice it” mums. These are the SHOW-STOPPING, LOOK-AT-THAT-MUMS that make people slow down when they drive by!

🌸☀️ A LITTLE MUM PSA FOR THIS HOT WEEKEND! ☀️🌸

If you pull up to the market and there aren’t as many mums out on the porch as you usually see, DON’T FRET! 😂🌸

We promise, we haven’t run out! 💕

We grew OVER 1,100 MUMS this year, and we have HUNDREDS of them up on the watering pad right now. 💦🌸

With this extreme heat, we just can’t put hundreds of mums out on the porch without water.

These babies need to stay hydrated and happy! 🥵💦🌸 So we’re keeping the porch modestly full and leaving the rest where we can take good care of them.

And YES — you’re more than welcome to go up to the pad and look at them!

Just let one of our friendly sales associates know you’d like to take a look, and they’ll take you up to the top of the hill. 😊🌸
