Making potato salad this weekend? Here's your glow-up tip: Start the potatoes in cold water, keep it at a gentle simmer (no aggressive bubbling spa day), and pull them when just knife-tender. Slightly under is better than over--they'll keep cooking a bit after draining. Then spread them out to cool and steam off that extra moisture. Less mush, more magic.

Tender potatoes are tossed in the creamy dill and parsley dressing while still warm, allowing for the flavors to soak into the starches for maximum impact. https://conta.cc/4urcQJM

Make an easy lunch or light snack with this French inspired combination! Slice a baguette in half and lightly toast the halves on a sheet pan. Meanwhile, use a mandoline to thinly shave radishes. Let the baguette cool slightly, then slather the toasted baguette with the highest quality butter you can find and sprinkle it with salt and pepper. Layer on the shaved radish, add a sprinkle of arugula, and finish with a bit more flaky sea salt. Bon appetit!
