Roll out your mat and give back to a local gem! Join Michele Landis, ERYT 500, for an all-levels yoga class benefiting Farmers on the Square, Carlisle's beloved producer-only farmers market operating year-round in the heart of downtown.
This one-hour class weaves together the best of what Simply Yoga and Fitness has to offer: breathwork, movement, mindfulness, and everything in between. Whether you are brand new to yoga or have been practicing for years, this class meets you right where you are.
All proceeds go directly toward Farmers on the Square's operating costs, helping ensure that our community continues to have access to fresh, local, nutritious food from farmers who live and work within a 50 mile radius of Carlisle.
A suggested donation of $40 is appreciated, and every amount, large or small, makes a difference. Can't make it to class? We will gladly accept donations to Farmers on the Square through August 1 or consider attending virtually!
