We’ve been having such a fun and busy Spring so far! Lots of cheese was made, baby goats were born, and it feels like the perfect time for a little gathering.
Come to the Creamery this Sunday from 10AM to 2PM for Toasts and Goats and meet the new babies, have a strawberry and cream toast 🍓, a croque-monsieur 🇫🇷 or our fun carrot toast 🥕 (… or all of them)!

Have you tried our Via Contenta? To make this Gruyère-style cheese, we infuse the milk with a black peppercorn tea and add crushed peppercorns to the curd at molding. We age it for 6 months, which allows the sweet and nutty flavors to develop. It’s one of our favorite cheeses! 🖤🧀

Extra creamy Spring milk is here, and we’re having fun with it 🌿☀️ Cœur de Carmel is a fresh cheese with a rich, silky texture, rolled in a fragrant mix of mallow, cornflower, calendula, hay, safflower, strawberry, rose, and clover 🌸
We love it with this sweet honey from and a glass of Le Fou, a new bubbly from with almond and yellow fruit notes ✨

We’re so excited to now be offering our cheesy toasts every Sunday, our favorite day of the week! Served on .astra.bread.co bread or brioche, featuring our house made cheeses and including seasonal and local ingredients, in savory or sweet options 🍓🥒🍊🫜🧀🫛🍅 our Croque Monsieur with Parisian ham, Tomme and house béchamel is also of course on the menu 🥪

Toasts are served from 9AM till 2PM every Sunday.
Our coffee bar stays open every day from 7:30AM to 5PM.

Can you feel it? Spring is right around the corner and we are SO ready for longer days 🌸 Toasts & Goats is back this Sunday, March 8 from 10AM to 2PM: creamy citrus toasts on brioche🍊and croque monsieur with .astra.bread.co bread 🇫🇷 on the menu. Come try our raw cultured butter or new Southbank cheese, learn a little about goat husbandry (or just hug one 🐐), enjoy the sunshine on our patio ☀️ and don’t forget to set your clocks forward!

Parking is limited, and the weather is going to be stellar, so walking over from the Village or baseball park is very much encouraged!

Say hello to Southbank! 🧀 Named after a lovely street along the river near the Creamery, this raw Jersey milk, Tomme de Savoie-style cheese ages for just 60 days. It is semi-soft, rustic and creamy, with notes of fresh hay and toasted nuts 🌰 🌿
We love it with a warm and crusty baguette from and a glass of organic Bourgogne Blanc 💛 we’ve tried quite a few wines before deciding this was the perfect Chardonnay with just the right amount of cream: it is a dream with Southbank’s rich, buttery paste.
We think you will really love this!
