Today was a truly unforgettable moment at the Deli, thanks to one of our incredible customers who selflessly gifted money to bless as many people as we could. Witnessing the ripple effect of kindness as strangers became recipients of generosity, leaving with hearts full of gratitude and some even moved to tears, was nothing short of amazing. One couple decided to pay it forward to the next guest, creating a beautiful chain reaction of goodwill. It's heartwarming to be reminded that the world is filled with good people. As I always say, I am blessed to have the most wonderful customers like you who know the value of spreading love and kindness. Your humility and generosity are a blessing, and I'm grateful to have been part of this moment. Thank you!! ☺️

Quebec breads featured fruit and whole grains. As a nod to that, this week at Deli On The Square is a sourdough bread packed with homemade applesauce, finely diced apples, golden raisins, cinnamon, nutmeg, and a wee bit of cardamom.

The round couronne loaf will be joining the market scene soon!
