I bake potatoes like this for my family at least twice a week. Have you ever wanted to bake crispy-skinned potatoes as they do in restaurants? I did too. I searched for recipes on how to do it, and I found that they were one step off. They added the olive oil before they cooked them. Try cooking them and then adding the olive oil. You will end up with much crispier skin. What tricks have you learned about baking potatoes? Please comment and let us know. We appreciate your experience. FOR EASY CLEAN: Add a drip pan on the second rack below the potatoes.
