What’s in the store today?

The first picking of our luscious Blackberries! They are huge and beautiful and sweet! Full 1lb containers for $6. Only 3 available today!

Fresh Spinach! 8 oz bags for $4! Only 2 available today!

Beef and Pork smoked sausages! They are marked “Hot” but are not very hot IMO!

We still have pure pork smoked sausages as well as plenty of boudin still available!

Garlic-Dill-Chive Fresh Goat Cheese! It’s in the freezer!

There are still containers of fully cooked smoked pulled pork in the fridge! Just drain off the juice and add a jar of Hal’s BBQ sauce for some excellent and quick BBQ sandwiches for a fast lunch after church today!

I will be making some fresh sweets soon but meanwhile there are 2 Sweet Alabama Pecan Cakes and 1 Pumpkin Bread in the freezer and 1 marked down Buttermilk Pie in the fridge!

What’s in the store today?

We have Smoked Pulled Pork in 2 lb containers! I included the juices to keep the meat moist, but drain this off first if you want to mix BBQ sauce with it or it will be too watery! This makes great BBQ sandwiches with Hal’s BBQ sauce also available in the store! Also great with our pickled sliced peppers!

What’s new in the store today!

We are finally back to making goat cheese! I finally received my culture and got the right one this time! Just made a beautiful batch of chèvre and made Sun-dried Tomato and Basil Cheese! Perfect timing since my basil was ready for harvesting too! The freezer is really bare so I will be making all our favorite flavors of goat cheese one after another until we are fully stocked again! Also making pan sausage this week!

Also made some fresh molasses cookies! I managed to save a few back to put in the store!

There is still a Buttermilk Pie and one loaf of Pumpkin Bread..also 2 loaves of Pecan Bread in the freezer!

If you want to give Mom a little something for Mothers Day we have a few items that any lady would like!

We have 2 nice Harry Slatkin candles left. Both are Vanilla Almond Creme and smell yummy! These are nice large 4 wick candles that burn very clean!

We also have several goat milk soap sets in colors and scents that most women like! Come check them out!

Of course who doesn’t like food! There are 2 Sweet Alabama Pecan Breads in the freezer and still 2 cinnamon rolls left!

I just opened the store and put out CINNAMON ROLLS that I made last night! We are OPEN so come get you some!

There is also one loaf of white sandwich bread! I kept one for us and this is the best bread I have made yet IMO!

We also have PIMENTO CHEESE both classic and with jalapeños!

There is still YOGURT, TAPIOCA PUDDING, and RICOTTA CHEESE in the fridge!

I bottled up the last of the VANILLA EXTRACT! I need to start brewing some more now so it will be usable by Christmas!

What’s new in the store today?

Fresh Goat Milk Ricotta Cheese! This is whole milk Ricotta made with our goat milk and it made beautiful ricotta cheese! This should make some awesome lasagna!

Obviously I’m trying to make everything I can think of with our milk because we have so much of it since all the bottle babies have been sold……and I’m really short on containers for the milk! 🥴

We still have yogurt and tapioca pudding available too!

2 bags of young fresh spinach available at this time! It’s in the fridge!

2 loaves of Pecan Bread and one loaf of Pound Cake are in the freezer above the fridge! I’ll get some fresh baked sweet items made soon!
