Meet Child's Play Alpaca . Josh and Loretta have been coming to our market with their Alpacas and other animals becoming a frequent stop for market goers over the years.
While feeding and learning about alpacas is the main draw, you can also find alpaca products in their booth. Wool dyer balls can replace dryer sheets in your home, alpacas socks to keep your feet warm and dry all season long, and more. Don't forget Honey from their hives too.

Attention Agriculture Enthusiasts! We are looking for you if you if you know something about the following areas and would be willing to share your knowledge!

Do you know all about chicken tending?
Do you go crazy for all things raising goats?
Do you know everything about bee behaviors?
Has your family been farming cranberries for generations?
Do you have a passion for growing food or flowers?
Do you have some other agricultural obsession that you want to share all about?

On August 9th we would like to celebrate National Farmers Market week (a few days late) by having the people who know about common agricultural topics available to share their experiences with people that might be looking to learn from those with experience.

Have you met our newest Vendor, meet Runabout Coffee . Stop by each week for drinks and the occasional treat. This Spring Liz took an old Runabout boat gutted and turned it into a traveling coffee shop and plans to be a regular at our Farmers Markets.. She has a full menu of coffees and teas with specialty drinks each week. Stop by on Sundays from 12-4 to grab a drink as you stroll all of our vendors each week.

Not only is corn a native plant to New England, it is one of the three sisters in the Native American planting style. Do you know what other 2 plants were used and why this method was used by the Natives of the area?
