The 3-3-3 Rule is a simple, memorable cooking method that helps you sear and finish steaks evenly. For a 1 to 1.5-inch steak, sear one side for 3 minutes, flip and sear the other side for 3 minutes, then move to indirect heat and cook each side for another 3 minutes. This creates a flavorful crust without overcooking the interior.

Our market is open Sunday, May 24 and 31 from 1 to 5. However, beginning June 1st, we will adopt new hours for the summer season to enable our Sunday participation in local farmers’ markets. Our online order form with self pick up continues to be available 7 days a week.

​📍 Introducing "Second Sundays"
​We are taking over the streets! On the second Sunday of every month, the market is expanding an entire city block, extending up Washington Street to Alfred Street.
​More to Explore: We’ve added 31 additional vendor spaces, meaning more local treats, crafts, and fresh finds than ever before.
​Street-Side Specials: Local businesses are joining us in the street with exclusive food and drink and clothing specials. (Keep an eye out for a Bloody Mary bar! 🍹)
​🚗 Easier Parking & New Layout
​We want your Sunday morning to be as stress-free as possible.
​New Lot Available: A huge shoutout to our friends at The Town Pump Bar and Grill! They are generously offering their parking lot for market patrons from 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM.
​Front Street Update: To help with traffic flow, we are shifting the market layout to give back parking spaces along part of Front Street.

Reminder that the market is closed this Sunday, April 19, as we celebrate my sweet grand daughter’s 1st birthday. The egg cooler is full for self serve purchases. Online orders will be packed Sunday evening for pickup any day next week. The market will be open for in store shopping next Sunday, April 26, 1 to 5pm. We will be at the first New Baltimore Farmer’s Market on Sunday, May 3, 9am - 2pm.
