Castile Cider Mill We are now open for the fall season which runs from September through November. Three Falls Cider, our hard cider tasting room is OPEN year round!

Family owned and operated apple cider mill with fresh pressed cider, assortment of apples, donuts, cheeses, honey, syrup, baked good, desserts, and other fall treats. Three Falls Cider is open 12-6 every Friday, Saturday and Sunday! Hope to see you soon!

The final countdown is on!!

The Castile Cider Mill will be opening for the 2026 season on Saturday, September 12th.

Many of you may already know us, but for those of you who don’t, we are Will and Sara Emmons, the new owners. We are no strangers to this community as we were both born and raised in Wyoming County and have raised our children here as well.

The Castile Cider Mill is a timeless tradition! We are passionate about keeping the tradition alive! While there will be some new faces at the mill this year, you can expect to see some familiar ones as well. You can also count on the same delicious fresh pressed cider, famous fried cakes, apples, baked goods, honey, maple products, and more. 🍎🥧🍁

The Cider Mill will be open from 10 to 5 daily thru November 28th, Small Business Saturday.

🌭🌭 On Saturday, September 12th, we will continue the traditional opening day celebration with complimentary hotdogs and a glass of soda or cider (while supplies last) from 12 to 2.

Stop by the Three Falls Hard Cider tasting room this weekend and sample our new fall lineup up of hard ciders from 12:00-6:00 on Saturday and Sunday. Featured ciders include the return of Cider Donut, Maple Bourbon, Mango Habanero, and our new cider, the Bees Knees.

Weekend events:

On Saturday, we will be out pouring our cider at the Endless Summer Boat Sale from 11-5 at Silver Lake Marine.

On Sunday, Smoke in the Valley will be set up at the Cider Mill from 12:00-5:00 serving pulled pork and brisket sandwiches.

The Cider Mill will be opening for the 2026 season on Saturday, Sept 12th and with that, we have a couple part-time opportunities to join our team making our famous fry cakes!

We are looking for reliable individuals with positive, can-do attitudes who are available Fridays - Sundays, with the potential for additional week days, during the season. Previous baking experience a plus but not required, we will gladly train an interested individual willing to learn and grow with us!

Dear Friends,
It is often said that the absolutes in life are death and taxes. I would like to include that a bushel of apples weighs 40 pounds. The latter is one of the reasons that my wife Pam and I have decided to sell the Castile Cider Mill and Three Falls Cider.

It is time to move on to the next chapter of our lives. Eighteen years ago we purchased the cider mill at auction. At that time we did not want to see what is now an eighty-two-year-old business leave the village where we both grew up. Over the years that followed we were fortunate enough to work with artists, bakers, and small business owners. Together with a supportive community we rebuilt the Castile Cider Mill and Three Falls Hard Cider into a flourishing agritourism community business.

We would like to thank all of our wonderful employees over the years. It was amazing to see you show up, learn, and contribute. We would also like to thank our patrons and visitors. Whether you came through our doors from East Texas or South Warsaw, we appreciate you, and could not have done it without you.

Finally, to our children who have helped us immensely, from your words of encouragement to developing and scaling up our business: even though your careers lie in other endeavors, your contributions were essential for us to succeed.

We hope that you will continue to support the Castile Cider Mill and Three Falls Cider for another eighty-two years. Pam and I are confident that the new owners are up to the task of carrying on this Wyoming County tradition.

End of Season Holiday Hours:
It’s that time of year where we begin our transition into the holiday season and with that, the ending of our season at the mill. The mill will be closing this week but there’s still time to grab your fall favorites before we close for the year. Our remaining hours of operation this week are as follows: Wednesday 10-5. Thursday and Friday - Closed (Happy Thanksgiving!). Small Business Saturday (our final day of the season) 10-5 or whenever the cider runs out! Hello Friends,

We have had a wonderfull fall but as the holiday season approaches, we are starting to wind down at the mill for the year.

While we are still open 10-5 daily, the cider mill will be closing soon. During the week of Thanksgiving, we will be open Monday-Wednesday: 10-5.

We will be closed Thanksgiving Day and Black Friday.

We will reopen one last time this year on Small Business Saturday, which is our final day of the season.

Thank you for your continued support. We hope to see you at the cider mill one last time before we close for the year!
