After a long winter, spring has us moving full speed ahead at Windy Hill Estate! 🍎🌳🍇

In these first beautiful weeks of the season, we’ve already pruned 90 acres of apple orchard that had been awaiting renewed care for some time and officially begun planting our 12-acre vineyard, perfectly positioned overlooking the mountain range with breathtaking sunset views.

At the same time, our cidery building is undergoing an exciting renovation, and we can’t wait to share this transformation with you soon.

If all continues on schedule with renovations and liquor licensing, we’re hoping to welcome you in August for the first sip of this exciting new chapter.

The vision is coming to life one row, one vine, one tree, and one beam at a time. Stay tuned—there is so much beauty ahead. 🙏
