We’ve got Stuffed Poblanos for the Chef’s Choice today 😋
These really are a labor of love- we roast and peel the peppers, de-seed them, stuff them with a cheese mixture, our smoked pork and smoked brisket, wrap them in bacon and bake them- then they get served over queso with both our red and white BBQ sauces✨
You also get to pick 2 sides and bread to go with it🍽️
YUM.
