Rise offers traditional artisan breads using simple ingredients - flour, water, salt, and yeast - handmade & handshaped with longer fermentations for superior flavor & texture. Our European style breads and sweets are baked daily at our kitchen in Cazenovia. We will be opening our location adjoining Cazenovia Cut Block at 2770 Route 20 East, but until then, you can grab a loaf or two every Saturday at the Cazenovia Farmer's Market.
