First day back at the shop!
WOW it has been busy since I walked in the door.
After not being here for 5 weeks, after surgery after the Holly Days….feels like I haven’t been here for awhile..
Restocking
Dusting
The plants are not happy
Filling orders……etc. etc.

I did a lot of thinking and have more ideas than I have time or energy but hopefully I can start working on a few.

SATURDAY will be my last day in the shop!

*Notice…all our HANDPACKED Custom herb powder formulas will be increasing in price. We haven’t increased prices for about 20 years. However with the increase prices of imported goods( this includes many herbs) my replacement costs have risen dramatically. Order your herbs before the New Year and we will honor the current price even if pick up is in January

Nettles tea is an herbal tonic tea we sell here by the pound but wherever you get your nettles it's good to know they have fantastic health benefits, they have been used for centuries in traditional medicine, benefiting digestive health, urinary track health, joint health and allergy/sinus tissue health just to name a few. There are so many more potential health benefits from just this one herb. I call it a food herb and consider it a base for starting good or better nutrition with my clients that might be slow at adding more leafy greens to their regular diets
