Did you know that the best way to water your potted mums is from the bottom?

So, drag out those inflatable kiddy pools and give your mums, asters, celosia, and other outdoor potted plants a good drink!

Also, look at those asters finally showing off their pretty purple blooms 💜

Now is also the perfect time to get your mums in the ground so they establish a good root system and have a better chance of surviving the winter.

Just restocked the last SWEET CORN and CHEROKEE PURPLE TOMATOES for the 2026 season! Gosh this year went fast! 🍅🌽

MILK has been restocked 😋

The tri-color mums are showing off this morning and the butterflies and bumble bees are enjoying them. 🌼

We moved a few things around inside the shop...like to keep you guessing 😁

🍑🍑Our favorite driver just heard from our favorite PEACH farmer, he will be able to do ONE more picking for this year.🍑🍑

Not sure of the variety, it should still be Big Red, which are a large freestone.
#1 peaches will be $38 for 1/2 bushel box and #2 will be $30 for 1/2 bushel box.

Comment below what you want him to pick up for you no later than
SUNDAY AT 9pm,
so we can let the farmer know.

They should be available for pick up on THURSDAY! I forgot about the holiday!

Need tomatoes and corn for your end of summer cookout this weekend?! We've got 'em! CHEROKEE PURPLE and MR. STRIPEY😍 And of course boring red and green tomatoes 😆

We also have apples, milk, zucchini, squash, green peppers, glass bottle pops, all the awesome handcrafted gifts inside and outside the shop, mums, and more!!

Bill's latest addition to his BS table is Pecan Pie in a jar! Just add eggs and butter. It might hold you over until The Pie Lady is here again on October 17th for Fall at The Family Farm ❣️

The last sheets of 2026 PRODUCE PASSPORT stickers are printed and ready for tomorrow...how is it Labor Day weekend already 😱

We were going to try the fruit from our Passion Flower vine, but I checked this morning and there isn't anything inside the pods.

So, we're going to try 2 different kinds of apples instead. The question is...are you a sweet apple kid or a tart apple kid?! We'll find out tomorrow!!
