She’s back…. Just for a short time so I made do a video…. Today we have Unriaco Roboso - This cow’s milk cheese made in Veneto Italy is semi-hard with a lovely taste of red fruit thanks to the wine washed rind. Aged for 12 months then submerged in Raboso red wine for several months - the flavor is gentle yet bold and fruity. Come on in and give it a try.
