My anxiety is a 20 out of 10 right now. I'm a lunch lady, NOT an appliance guru. I started this day off with trying to break down the machine. Right off the bat there was a stripped screw. I had to call in an assistant (thank you Eddie Petrowski) before I could even get to the innards. I checked everything step by step and have determined it has to be the relay board.😭😭😭
That will mean waiting for parts. I'm going to try to be patient but uuugh, the struggle is real!
I still have a supply of candy so let me know if you need anything. I'll do my best to keep you supplied and I'll definitely let you know when Patience and I are up and running again.

Update. . .
- - It's going to be a slower process than I thought. I have an appointment with a service tech Wednesday afternoon. This will be a more in depth consultation. I hope to get a definite diagnosis but I've got a feeling this is going to drag on a few more days. Send your positive vibes please. Maybe they'll help 🤞🤞🤞. - -

I was fully aware of the glitches that come with the home edition of freeze dryers. I knew it was a matter of time before I'd have to be my own technician and diagnose/fix my girl. That's why I named her "Patience".
The time has come. She is down for maintenance tonight. I hope, hope, hope to have her going by tomorrow. Maybe I will; maybe I won't. 😔🤷
I hope you will not see an interruption in candy production. If you do, please remember "Patience", lol. I'll keep you updated.

Strawberry yogurt drops are done. There are 2 sizes. The smaller ones are the right size for new little eaters, and the others would be great for kids 3-103.
I'm still experimenting with the candy molds and wasn't impressed with how this batch turned out - though they taste amazing. I'm going to try hearts and stars when I run a new batch.
