Central City Farmer's Market The Central City Farmer's Market has been going strong for 26 years! We are a small, friendly market where we know our neighbors by name. We are FMNP certified.

Our vendors offer fresh produce & eggs, baked goods, and handmade crafts.

Farmer's Market is tomorrow from 4-6 pm at Veteran's Memorial Park under the pavilion.
Normally, we have grab and go meals available, but we have been informed that's not possible this week, due to unforseen circumstances. We have been promised the return of food and cinnamon rolls next week, along with banana & carrot cake!
We have lots of vendors offering an awesome variety of items... fresh fruits & veggies of course, but also cookies, kolaches, breads, brownies and other baked goods, mystery books dates, designer press-on nails, candles, custom artwork, dip mixes, honey, embroidered and woven crafts and much more!
Please come out and support our wonderful vendors, who work so hard to bring such a great selection of items to you!

Central City Farmer's Market today!
From 4:00 to 6:00 pm at Veteran's Memorial Park, you'll be able to find some awesome local items!
We have at least 4 new vendors starting tonight... offering everything from kolaches, cookies, and dip mixes to handcrafted fingernails for your next manicure!
Along with our usual baked goods, eggs, candles, honey, veggies & fruits, blind-date-with-a-book, commissioned sketches and more!
PLUS grab-n-go meals! Rumor has it is hotdogs, hamburgers & walking tacos tonight - proceeds benefitting the Senior Dining Center.

How do *I* win, you ask? Come out to the Central City Farmer's Market tomorrow and sign up! At the end of market each week, we draw a winning name. That person comes back to market the following week to claim a basket full of fresh goodies from each of our market vendors.

You can return completed forms with payment to: Central City Park & Recreation, Attn: Farmer's Market, 137-4th St N, Central City IA 52214.
We are an approved Farmer's Market Nutrition Program market, so if you are FMNP certified, please make sure to go into your profile on the IDALS website and update your vendor profile to reflect that you plan to attend our market.

The Central City Farmer's Market will open for the season on June 4th, and operate every Thursday from 4:00-6:00 pm through the end of September. We are located at the pavilion in Veteran's Memorial Park on South 5th St in Central City.
