Tired of seeing the first display at the grocery store? We have Gilpin County fresh eggs! Chicken and duck, and Marie gifted us with one goose egg! (does she think it's spring?)
Open Saturday 10-6, Sunday 12-5, and most other days by appointment. Text me at 303-260-9351 or 720-739-0028 to arrange pick up at other times. We'll also be at the last Levit Street Market of 2023, Sunday, October 8 from 10-2!

Our eggs are collected every day and they are usually less than a week old when you buy them. Once they are a month old in my fridge, I mark them down for hard boiling even though if they were commercial eggs, they would just be arriving at the store!

Look at the difference between Safeway in Idaho Springs and our egg fridge! We have the freshest local chicken, duck, and goose eggs around. What you can't see is that our eggs have all been packed within the last week except for the ones labeled hard boil, which are about a month old and perfect for boiling and then peeling. The eggs at Safeway have all been aged at least sixty days in handling and transit, and that doesn't make them taste better! Open until 7 today and 12-7 tomorrow.

We are sold out of eggs for today except for two goose eggs, but the chickens and ducks will keep laying and we will have more when I open on Friday!

We are open Friday and Saturday 10-6.
I won't charge you your Jeep for our gorgeous eggs, but if you have a Subaru to trade, I might pitch in an extra dozen. 😂
