PSA: The temporary ONE LANE bridge in Brewerton will open Tuesday, January 13, 2026. I know this will make traveling north to R Diner from Onondaga County less tolerable but we promise to make it worth it 🥓☕️🍳🥞🍔 The quickest route would be 81N to Central Square exit, turn left on RT49 to the village and take a left on RT 11 to head toward Brewerton and we are 1.1 mile south on RT 11. There are definitely other back road options but just wanted to give you the simplest.

Thank you to everyone in our community who support our local businesses.

Today is Martin Luther King, Jr. Day. It is definitely a time of reflection on the past accomplishments of civil rights in this country. The great Reverend King inspired many changes to follow.

We can all participate in those successes as long as the extreme views do not capitalize on the various issues that remain. God didn't make us black and white, He made us Man and Woman, to "together" manage Creation (Peacefully).

Happy New Year everyone. Buttercup Cheese will be open until 4:00pm today, depending on the weather. We will remain closed until Tuesday January 6th at 10:30am.

Buttercup Cheese will be closed today for the weather and state of emergency declared by Governor Hochul. A possibility remains we will be closed tomorrow as well. Stay safe and have a happy New Year.

I apologize for the late post. Buttercup Cheese wishes everyone a Glorious Christmas season. We will be closed until Tuesday, December 30th to give everyone time to relax and enjoy their faith, family, friends, and of course...food.
