We have Whole and Half Hogs available on our website for June 26th. I have only 2 left, these can be made into half or whole hogs.These will be going to White Barn Processing on Monroe City, Mo. All of our pigs are raised Pasture with very minimal grain in thier diets. Which makes for a leaner and healthier pork. Hanging weights are usually 140-160 roughly. With Idaho Pasture Pigs you get more meat than fat because of it being leaner than most pork. Here is a breakdown of cost for Wholes and Half.

Estimated Processing costs: (due at pick up at White Barn Processing)

Whole Hog- $215-$250

Half Hog- $150-$200

These are just rough estimates for processing cost; all depends on the weight of the pigs. You are charged by pound by the locker for processing costs. Specialty items are usually more in price. Pay is due at the time of pickup of your pork.
