And Mend and Move at Moxie Wellness Club Teen Fitness Class STARTS aimed to focus on strength, agility, coordination, and conditioning to help our girls stay healthy with less injuries. Due to hormonal changes, rapid growth, repetitive motion in competitive play, and lifestyle our girls are at risk for injury. I am offering this class this summer in hopes to not only help girls stay active in the OFF Season (burning some energy), but help them prepare their bodies for the demands of the coming sports seasons. Have a daughter that is not involved in sports, no worries, she is more than welcome. And having two girls myself, if I can help keep them strong while their schedule is lighter this summer... I am going to try.
