Looking for a new weekend tradition? We're open every Saturday from 8am-2pm at 308 E Adams Street in Downtown Springfield, right next to the Old Capitol Farmers Market site. Easy parking right out front.
Come grab our famous croughnuts (yes, croissant meets doughnut) while they're still warm. We've got fresh-baked sourdough and baguettes from Central Illinois Bakehouse, award-winning goat cheeses from Prairie Fruits Farm & Creamery, 100% grass-fed beef, and pasture-raised chicken from Bland Family Farm.
