Von Hanson’s offers not only quality meats but also over 100 varieties of sausages and brats which are made fresh in the Chandler store’s smokehouse. Von Hanson’s pork and chicken products are unique because the store tumbles its special seasoning directly into the chicken and pork producing Von Hanson’s infamous Butter Garlic Chicken Breasts, Tomato Basil Chicken Breasts, Butter Garlic Chicken Breasts, Tomato Basil Parmesan Pork Chops, and Butter Garlic Pork Chops. Von Hanson’s processes wild game for hunters. Many customers choose Pig Ears, Smoked Shank Bones, or Knuckle Bones for their special pet. Raw dog food for pets on a raw diet is available. The East Valley now has an old fashioned butcher shop where customers select the cut, thickness and quantity of high quality meats. Come visit Von Hanson’s and enjoy smoked sausage samplings on any Saturday and get freshly made brats for your barbecue.

For 22 years, East Valley carnivores have had a friend in Chandler.

Von Hanson's Meats brought its “new old-fashioned meat market” concept to Arizona in June 2004 when owners Martha and Gene Neese opened the store at 2390 N. Alma School Road.

And on Saturday, the shop is celebrating its 22nd anniversary by offering bone-in ribeye steaks at $22.22 a pound, along with a cake and samples throughout the day.
