Hey Market Goers,
If you haven't heard this week is National Farmers Market week. So are market management team has decided to have some fun! This next Tuesday we are going to have a PIE EATING CONTEST!!! This will not be your usual pie eating contest. Here are the rules....
Oh, and being our first ever pie eating contest the rules are subject to change.

CONTEST RULES:
To enter the contest, you must bring your own personal fork to the information table at the market next Tuesday. Entries will be accepted starting at 4:30 sharp. Only the first six people to show up with their fork will be able to enter the contest.
Each contestant will be provided one piece of pie.
Contestants will be judged on how quickly they eat their pie as well as how neatly they eat their pie along with their personal style and table manners.
Costumes are allowed. Contestants are not allowed to touch the pie with their fingers. The contest will start at 5:30.

The competition will be judged by a number of Judges yet to be determined. And as I said, the rules are subject to change.
The management team thought this would be a fun little way to celebrate another good Market season as well as a belated acknowledgment of National Farmers market week.

Just FYI, burgers are cookin, Doc Hockett is tuning up, vendors are loaded with produce. Shades are down. The breeze is out of the northeast. Not at all unpleasant in the MainStreet Pavilion. Hope you can make it.

Good Morning Martket Goers,
Well, yes it is going to be a little warm at the martket this evening but look at the bright side. A free supper provided by Community National Bank and Trust... AND.... We have SHADE!!! There will be a helpful breeze out of the north and plenty of community engagement. Oh and did I mention plenty of farm fresh produce. Well worth the trip downtown.

Hey Market Goers,
Just a reminder, this Tuesday will be our CNB&T free hamburgers and hotdogs night. And for desert we have Iceberg Ice Cream coming. What could be better on a warm summer afternoon. So set your reminder and plan on a great market night.

Greetings Market Goers!
It is market day! Our growers are loaded with fresh produce! This will be the nicest day of the week. Perfect time to hit the market. I think I am craving fresh grown green beens!!!

Hey Market Goers,
It is Tuesday which means it is market day. It seems as though we have had a shift in the weather. Shouldn't surprise you if you have lived in Kansas long.
But thanks to our wonderful facilities out Main Street Market is still a pleasant place to be on a Tuesday evening. We are expecting a full lineup of Vendors. Hope to see you there.... FYI the old guy that walks around like he owns the place will be a no-show this evening. Ruthann will be there to assist you with any needs you may have.

Just want to let everyone know the CNB&T cookout that was postponed has been rescheduled for July 21st.
