🎃 Field Trips at Market Six! 🎃

Field trip days have become one of our favorite parts of the Market Six season!

We do things a little differently by limiting our field trips to just two groups per day—10 a.m. and noon. This gives students a more relaxed, personal experience and plenty of room to enjoy the farm.

Field trips include:
🎃 Pumpkin picking
🐐 Animal tour
🌱 Learning how pumpkins grow
🚜 Hayride
🍂 Plenty of time to play and explore the farm!

Groups are welcome to bring sack lunches and stay to enjoy the farm after their scheduled activities.

Field trips are $6 per student and our fall calendar is filling up quickly!

🎃 Opening weekend is almost here! 🎃

Join us for the Grand Opening of Market Six Pumpkin Patch on Saturday, September 12, from 10 a.m.– 5 pm!

Come enjoy the start of pumpkin season and shop our pumpkins, mums, fall décor, treats and more. We’re excited to welcome everyone back to the farm for another fall season!

Opening Weekend Hours:
🍂 Saturday, September 12: 10 a.m.–5 pm
🍂 Sunday, September 13: noon–5 p.m.

Our friends and neighbors at Schumacher Berry Farm are opening for the season on Friday, June 19!

If you’re looking for some of the best blueberries around, be sure to make a trip out to their farm. We always enjoy our trip to their farm to pick fresh, quality berries.

Mum planting week is one of the biggest projects of the year around here and it takes a whole team to make it happen.

We’re thankful for Ben making the soil run, for our kids who work hard alongside us, for friends who are willing to lend a hand, and for this little piece of ground we get to call home. We don’t take for granted the opportunity to grow pumpkins and mums and create a place where families can make memories together each fall.

The mums are planted, the crop is looking good, and this week’s rain is a welcome sight. Now we wait, work, and pray for a great growing season.

Here’s hoping for a bumper crop in 2026! We can’t wait to welcome you to Market Six Pumpkin Patch this fall.

Lots happening around here today!

Today we’re planting our 2026 pumpkin patch, and we also received our first shipment of mums. We’ve been working behind the scenes for months preparing for another season, so it’s exciting to finally reach one of those milestones that makes fall feel a little more real.

There are plenty of long days, dirty boots, and hard work ahead, but we’re grateful for the opportunity to create a place where families can make memories together each fall.

We can’t wait to welcome you back this September and October for pumpkins, family fun, and all the sights and smells of fall at Market Six. 🍂🎃🌻
