Adding color to your meals isn’t just about making the plate look balanced and beautiful. Eating a rainbow is also beneficial to your health. Last week we saw the first signs of reds—strawberries, Swiss chard, radishes and beets. Early tomatoes making an appearance.

Each week our rainbow will get more and more colorful. We can’t wait.
