The staff at The Purple Onion is here to serve you. Most of the time Allan Hathaway, the fearless leader in a ball cap, is available and helping customers, but Sara, more affectionately know as “Momma”, does a lot of behind the scenes work. I have always worked in the food industry in one job or another and we opened The Purple Onion 2003. We love to talk about our products and we’re confident we can find something new for you to try as well as your old favorites. We’re proud to offer so many local products, along with unique finds you’re not going to see anywhere else.
